For maximal benefits you should do it every day. At least 3 times a week.
What distance is recommended and how long is a session for a therapy?
The distance of 15 to 52cm is recommended for 10 - 20 minutes. After 20 minutes the cells stop absorbing light. The intensity decreases with distance.
Can i adjust the power of the lights and the time?
Yes, over a user-friendly touchscreen you can adjust the power from 0 to 100% output and aswell the time. You can choose the power on red light and near-infraredlight separately
Is it safe for children to use red light therapy?
Always consult a doctor first. But yes, it is safe, start with a lower intensity and duration.
